About the role
Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury partner in the Middle East with over 600 stores and 300 brands, is expanding its hybrid retail model. The Store Manager will lead the Penhaligon’s boutique at Marassi Galleria, driving sales performance while delivering the brand’s luxury experience to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall store business performance and achieve sales targets.
- Build and nurture a base of loyal VIP customers.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure high service standards.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement technology and data‑driven initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
