Student Advisor – Bookings & Support (Early Career)

About the role

As a Student Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students throughout their accommodation booking journey. Based in Bahrain, you will guide students from the initial enquiry through to payment confirmation, ensuring a smooth and confident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for assigned student enquiries, understanding their needs and recommending suitable accommodation options.
• Manage the end‑to‑end booking process, including follow‑ups, documentation, and payment handling.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and internal systems, adhering to defined workflows, SLAs and response standards.
• Provide clear answers to questions about contracts, payments, timelines and support parents when required.
• Ensure no enquiry or booking is delayed or dropped and share feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing or support role (internships, part‑time or placements accepted).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment and taking ownership of tasks.
• Experience studying abroad or background in education, hospitality, travel or services is a plus.
