Student Marketeer – 2+ Year Role

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a motivated university student in Bahrain to join the Field Marketing team as a Student Marketeer. This part‑time position spans at least two years and focuses on bringing the Red Bull brand to life on campus and in the local community through events, sampling, and influencer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull on campus, embodying the brand’s personality and values.
• Identify trends, conduct market and campus research, and spot activation opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans aligned with national strategies.
• Collaborate with On‑Premise and Off‑Premise sales teams to ensure product availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders, key influencers, and other stakeholders.
• Support the creation and rollout of initiatives across Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, and Communications pillars.

Required profile

• Current university or college enrollment in Bahrain with a commitment of at least two years before graduation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging diverse audiences both in person and online.
• Deep understanding of student life and local culture, with an active campus network.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to balance studies and part‑time work.
• Interest in marketing, brand promotion, and experiential activations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus).
