IT Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the IT Manager will oversee all operational IT activities for Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain. The role ensures that the hotel’s technology infrastructure aligns with Accor standards, manages budgets, drives projects, and guarantees compliance with security and data protection regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with hotel GMs, EXCOM, HODs and other critical users, providing strategic IT guidance.
• Plan and control IT expenditures, create business cases, and report status to the GM and Area IT Director.
• Lead IT projects, ensure PCI DSS and GDPR compliance, and oversee hardware and software vendor relationships.
• Maintain servers, virtual and physical infrastructure, networks, Wi‑Fi, and all hotel‑specific systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, CRM, POS, etc.).
• Implement backup policies, data security measures, and user access controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT management role, preferably within an international hotel brand.
• Strategic thinker with strong decision‑making, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English, adaptable, and able to motivate a team under pressure.
