Technical Recruiter – Engineering & Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts for engineering and automation professionals. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for roles in industrial automation, process automation, instrumentation & control.
• Source, screen, and assess technically qualified engineering candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
• Ability to evaluate candidates against automation and process industry profiles.
• Experience recruiting for Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology sectors is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
