Technical Trainer – Electrical Power Engineering (MEA)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Trainer specialized in Electrical Power Engineering for the MEA region. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions on our testing and diagnostic solutions, helping customers optimise the safety and reliability of their power systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite, virtual and webinar training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals and e‑learning modules.
• Tailor training programmes to customer needs and technical proficiency.
• Support product demonstrations, workshops and knowledge‑transfer activities.
• Contribute to application notes, technical documentation and continuous improvement of training content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product developments and emerging power‑system technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• In‑depth experience with power generation, transmission or distribution and protection testing.
• Minimum three years of experience delivering technical training safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50 % of the time.
