Value Creation Partner – Private Equity (Senior Operating Leader)

About the role

We are seeking a senior operating leader to act as a Value Creation Partner across our private‑equity portfolio. Based in Bahrain, you will work with management teams in sectors such as healthcare, education, technology, infrastructure and consumer to drive step‑change EBITDA improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own value‑creation plans from post‑close through exit readiness for a set of portfolio companies.
• Drive EBITDA growth via commercial uplift, margin optimisation, cost‑out programmes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Serve as a hands‑on advisor or interim C‑suite executive, working directly with portfolio management.
• Support deal teams on commercial and operational due diligence, testing management cases and sizing value‑creation levers.
• Lead exit preparation, including EBITDA quality, management team strengthening, ESG positioning and vendor due‑diligence readiness.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of experience with meaningful P&L responsibility; prior CEO, COO, CFO or partner‑level consulting background with private‑equity exposure.
• Direct experience working in or alongside private‑equity funds and comfort operating within IC and carry structures.
• Deep functional expertise in at least one area: revenue acceleration, operations/lean, finance/CFO advisory or digital/technology transformation.
• Sector experience in one or more of healthcare, education, technology, infrastructure or consumer.
• Strong academic background; MBA from a leading business school is a plus.
