Video Content Creator – Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)

About the role

Baby Gulf, a premium plant‑based diaper brand expanding across the GCC, is seeking a creative Video Content Creator to lead end‑to‑end video production for its social channels. You will craft both short‑form reels and long‑form YouTube stories that resonate with Gulf parents.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and YouTube.
• Develop a content calendar, identify trends, and repurpose a single shoot into multiple pieces of content.
• Produce product demos, real‑life usage moments, parenting tips, and testimonial videos.
• Ensure videos reflect Khaleeji Arabic culture and appeal to regional parents.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating both short‑form and long‑form video content.
• Strong understanding of Khaleeji Arabic audience preferences.
• Self‑driven, able to manage a content calendar independently.
• Based in Bahrain and available for full‑time onsite work.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut or similar.
