Villa Attendant

About the role

Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, an ultra-luxury property with 78 private pool villas, is hiring a villa attendant. The role keeps the villas and public areas clean and tidy, responds quickly to guest requests and works closely with the housekeeping supervisor and coordinator.

Key responsibilities

• Clean all assigned villas according to housekeeping standards, keeping them vacant clean and inspected during the day.
• Follow up pending maintenance work orders from the engineering department within a day and liaise with the Housekeeping supervisor so that requested jobs are completed to resort standard.
• Keep the Housekeeping coordinator or supervisor informed about the status of the villas at all times.
• Understand daily movements, schedules, events and special requests, and attend to all guest requests and preferences within 10 minutes.
• Plan tasks around the operational demands, urgencies and priorities of the shift, maintaining the quality of housekeeping service at all times.
• Practice the hotel's values in daily interactions with colleagues and guests, and keep professional and amicable relations with all resort departments.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a housekeeping attendant.
• Well presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Writing, reading and oral proficiency in English.
