About the role
Marriott International’s Voyage program is a full‑time, paid development experience for recent graduates, focused on building leadership skills within the Food & Beverage sector of a hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in mini‑rotations across hotel disciplines to understand operations.
- Engage with senior leaders, management meetings and collaborative projects.
- Develop and present a Voyage project aimed at process improvement or innovation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary).
- Graduated within the last 2 years or expected graduation within 12 months.
- Strong critical‑thinking, interpersonal communication and self‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Fluency in the local language may be required.
