About the role

The Waitstaff team member role at Calexico Bahrain is a full-time, on‑site position based in Manama. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders and deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and serve dishes and drinks accurately.
• Explain menu items, make recommendations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables and reset them between guests.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Experience or familiarity with food & beverage operations and basic food safety practices.
• Clear, confident communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
