Wealth Management & Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Wealth Management & Private Banking Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients across the region. The role combines client advisory, portfolio monitoring and business development to grow and retain a premium client base.

Key responsibilities

• Service new and existing HNW client relationships by offering the full suite of financial products and services.
• Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and broaden existing relationships, aiming to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Provide comprehensive advisory services aligned with client risk appetite and best‑practice standards.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date risk profiles for each client, conducting quarterly reviews and annual portfolio rebalancing.
• Research competitive offerings, gather client feedback, and propose new product ideas.
• Escalate client suggestions and concerns to regional leadership.
• Deliver proactive, high‑quality customer service through regular calls and visits.
• Maintain onshore and offshore private banking relationships, ensuring cross‑border service continuity.
• Ensure strict compliance with Private Banking policies, KYC, AML regulations, and service‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience serving high‑net‑worth clients in wealth management or private banking.
• Strong understanding of private banking policies, KYC and AML requirements.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent client ownership skills with a focus on relationship depth and cross‑selling.
• Detail‑oriented approach to maintaining accurate client files and documentation.
