Yield Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Yield Manager to lead the development and execution of yield optimization strategies that drive revenue and profitability across our product and service portfolio. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate market insights into pricing, inventory and capacity decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement yield management strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Optimize pricing, inventory allocation, capacity utilization and product availability.
• Analyze market demand, customer behavior, booking trends and competitive pricing.
• Build forecasting models and demand‑planning scenarios to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor yield performance, revenue metrics, occupancy/utilization rates and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations and product teams on pricing and commercial initiatives.
• Conduct pricing experiments and recommend dynamic pricing adjustments.
• Develop dashboards, reports and executive insights on yield and revenue performance.
• Evaluate promotions, discount strategies and inventory optimization opportunities.
• Identify commercial risks, emerging market trends and growth opportunities.
• Support budgeting, strategic planning and financial forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in yield management methodologies and analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in yield management, revenue management, pricing, commercial analytics or demand planning.
• Proven track record of optimizing pricing strategies and maximizing revenue performance.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strategic decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
