Young Professionals Programme – Wealth Management

About the role

This selective, hands‑on programme is designed for ambitious graduates and early‑career professionals who want to launch a client‑facing career in wealth management. Participants will work alongside experienced advisors, take on real responsibilities early, and receive support to reach a high professional standard. Successful candidates may be offered a permanent position with the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior wealth‑management professionals on client projects.
• Assist in preparing market research, investment analysis, and client presentations.
• Support day‑to‑day advisory activities and contribute to portfolio reviews.
• Travel regionally as required to meet clients and attend meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships accepted).
• Sharp analytical and numerical ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine curiosity about investing and a drive to learn quickly.
• Composed under pressure, client‑focused, proactive, accountable and a team player with leadership potential.
• Based in KSA, Bahrain or UAE and willing to travel regionally.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• CFA candidacy is an advantage (not required).
