Associate Manager PMO

About the role

The Associate Manager PMO will support the delivery of complex programs by coordinating resources, maintaining project artefacts, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. This role bridges the gap between project teams and senior management, helping to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with resourcing teams to allocate and track resources across programs.
• Organise and lead meetings to align project approaches and monitor progress.
• Maintain the configuration management database and a shared repository for project artefacts.
• Prepare status reports and timesheet summaries, ensuring timely completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates and issue resolution.
• Document risks, delays, and mitigation actions.
• Support quarterly assurance and quality‑control activities.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in project or programme management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in client‑facing environments and ability to identify upsell opportunities.
