Business Development & Project Sales Executive

About the role

Garden Affairs is seeking an experienced Business Development & Project Sales Executive to drive new business and build a robust pipeline of landscaping and outdoor projects across Bahrain. This hands‑on role focuses on identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and converting enquiries into profitable contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, property managers, facilities‑management firms and private clients.
• Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects in Bahrain and generate qualified leads.
• Arrange client and site meetings, and work with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Reactivate previous customers, enquiries and project opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
• Assist with commercial negotiations and follow up on customer collections.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of B2B or project‑sales experience in Bahrain, preferably in landscaping, construction, interior fit‑outs, swimming‑pool/outdoor works, building materials, facilities management or related sectors.
• Proven ability to generate and close business with existing relationships in the construction, architectural or property sectors.
• Strong prospecting discipline and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and discussing project requirements.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of project margins.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Bahrain driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM or structured sales‑pipeline management tools.
