Technology Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a driven Technology Sales Representative to join Nimexus on a freelance, commission‑only basis. Based in Bahrain, you will spearhead business development by identifying B2B prospects, understanding their IT challenges, and opening doors for our managed technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects across Bahrain through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Engage key decision‑makers such as Business Owners, Operations Managers, and IT Directors.
• Discover pain points related to IT support, infrastructure, and networking.
• Collaborate with technical engineering teams to shape service scopes, prepare proposals, and close deals.
• Maintain basic tracking of leads, meeting outcomes, and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proven B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience within Bahrain.
• Prior experience selling IT services, managed services (MSP), networking, or tech solutions is strongly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable with cold outreach, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
