About the role
The Kitchen team at Black Fortune is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our restaurant operations in Manama. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standards while supporting overall kitchen efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook assigned dishes following restaurant recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and visual standards.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
