About the role

IDS International is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support operations at Bahrain ISA Air Base. The position is a W‑2 employee role offering a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Perform construction surveillance duties as required on‑site.
• Occasionally lift or move moderate amounts of weight (typically less than 20 lb).
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Required profile

• Active CST certificate issued within the last 5 years.
• Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work onsite at Bahrain ISA Air Base.
• Willingness to adhere to the onboarding timeline of 4–8 weeks.

Required skills

• Hourly rate of $27 / hour (overtime $40.50 / hour).
• Additional $1 / hour premium on all hours worked.
