Digital Media & Events Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Media & Events Coordinator will lead the creation and execution of high‑impact digital content and coordinate organisational events that strengthen Etijah’s brand and audience engagement. This senior‑level role blends creative storytelling, AI‑enhanced production, and meticulous event planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social‑media strategies aligned with brand objectives, creating platform‑specific posts, short‑form videos, graphics, reels and stories.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and Runway to generate and optimise content, captions and visual concepts.
• Plan and coordinate events from concept through logistics, vendor management, on‑site execution and post‑event reporting.
• Produce promotional materials, document events with photos and videos, and repurpose content for future campaigns.
• Manage brand communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and platform dashboards, delivering regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and approval workflows across Google Drive and SharePoint.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align digital content and events with organisational goals and introduce new AI tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Senior‑level experience in digital media, social‑media management and event coordination.
• Proactive use of AI tools to enhance content quality and operational efficiency.
