Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a technically strong and detail‑oriented Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support electrical engineering activities while ensuring that products, systems and processes meet established quality, safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review electrical designs, drawings, specifications and technical requirements.
• Support development, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct inspections, measurements and functional tests to verify compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Identify electrical defects, non‑conformities and potential reliability issues.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare inspection reports, test records, quality documentation and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Monitor project or production quality indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review materials, components and equipment against approved specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement, quality audits, risk assessment and development of engineering and quality‑control practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, testing methods, engineering principles and quality‑control practices.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, technical standards, inspection procedures and safety requirements.
• Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, inspection and quality‑assurance methodologies.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis and corrective action.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with quality‑management systems, inspection plans, non‑conformance processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering, testing or quality‑management software.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, safety and technical compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple technical and quality priorities while meeting project or operational requirements.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, preventing defects and improving engineering and quality performance.
