IT Support Officer – Smart Device & Server Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to provide end‑to‑end technical assistance across a wide range of devices and infrastructure. The role combines traditional enterprise IT responsibilities with modern smart‑device ecosystem support, serving as the escalation point for complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1‑3 support for hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot iOS and Android smartphones, tablets, and personal computers.
• Install and maintain Smart TVs, media streaming boxes (Apple TV, Android TV) and smart office/home automation systems.
• Support and maintain ELV infrastructure, including IP CCTV cameras and access‑control systems.
• Manage LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi networks, performing L2/L3 troubleshooting on switches, routers and access points.
• Assist with Windows Server administration, covering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory, document configurations and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable IT support role, preferably within the investment or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
