Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to join our Client Services team at a leading creative design studio and digital communications agency in Bahrain. You will act as the single point of contact for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal design, digital, content, and production teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of client deliverables, from brief creation to final delivery.
• Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for creative teams.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and account reporting.
• Handle escalations, support proposal development, and contribute to pitch presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of account management experience with large companies or institutions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Background in agency, advertising, or brand communications preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client‑facing abilities.
• Collaborative, solutions‑first mindset.
• Eligible to work in Bahrain.
