Mixologist

About the role

As a Mixologist for Time Out Market, a division of the Time Out Group, you will deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable beverage experience. You will work in a fast‑paced food and cultural venue, preparing drinks to company standards and handling guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain portion control and accurately identify products.
• Answer guest inquiries about menus, pricing, and venue details.
• Inform guests of specials, take orders, and verify guest identification.
• Check beverage orders for accuracy, presentation, and special requests before serving.
• Follow drink recipes, dispense and garnish beverages according to company standards.
• Deliver orders promptly and organise service sequence efficiently.
• Process guest checks using POS terminals and handle all payment types.
• Circulate the work area to maintain atmosphere control throughout the shift.
• Comply with safety, health, and legal regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school graduate.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar beverage service role.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• POS terminal operation.
• Drink preparation following standardized recipes.
