Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will own the strategy and roadmap for one or more product lines, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that address customer and market needs while aligning with Aman’s commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy and roadmap in line with the company’s mission.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery, design, development, launch to iteration.
• Shape go‑to‑market plans together with sales, marketing and customer success.
• Conduct user research, analyse market trends and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Prioritise product requirements and maintain clear backlogs for engineering and other teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Insight, Risk, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver features.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, using data to drive product decisions and business impact.
• Advocate for the customer, ensuring a user‑centric and impact‑focused development process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in technology, financial services, RegTech or ESG.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Proven record of managing complex digital products through the full development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, user adoption or market positioning.
• Strong background in user research, data‑driven decision making and stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile environments and cross‑functional collaboration.
