About the role
Join Kiabi’s Al Seef store as a Sales Assistant and help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging shopping environment. You will be responsible for generating sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold safety standards.
- Greet customers promptly, provide product information, and thank them at checkout.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up on their needs, and aim to increase sales.
- Operate the cash wrap efficiently, handle gift cards, and keep the checkout area tidy.
- Capture customer data in the store database as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
- Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform some heavy lifting.
