About the role

Join Kiabi’s Al Seef store as a Sales Assistant and help create a welcoming, safe, and engaging shopping environment. You will be responsible for generating sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold safety standards.
Greet customers promptly, provide product information, and thank them at checkout.
Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up on their needs, and aim to increase sales.
Operate the cash wrap efficiently, handle gift cards, and keep the checkout area tidy.
Capture customer data in the store database as required.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
Strong verbal communication and customer‑service orientation.
Ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform some heavy lifting.
