About the role

The Sales Representative Manager leads and coordinates the daily activities of a sales team, ensuring that targets are met and customer relationships are nurtured. This position blends strategic planning with hands‑on support, helping representatives identify opportunities, close deals, and continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set sales objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve revenue growth.
• Coordinate daily sales activities, monitor performance indicators, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Analyse sales pipelines, conversion rates, and key metrics to identify trends and address challenges.
• Support representatives with prospecting strategies, customer negotiations, product demonstrations, and follow‑ups.
• Develop and refine sales processes, scripts, presentations, and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Track market and competitor activity, provide feedback, and recommend new business opportunities.
