Sales Specialist – Bahrain

About the role

Manama Packaging Industry W.L.L., the leading manufacturer and converter of polyethylene films and flexible packaging in Bahrain, is looking for a Sales Specialist to drive growth of its packaging solutions. Based in Al‑Hidd, you will work on‑site to identify new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and deliver tailored product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new B2B customers in the packaging and manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain and expand relationships with current clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, collect customer feedback, and suggest improvements to product offerings.
• Provide training to customers and internal staff on product features and applications.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industrial fields.
• Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
