Sales Administrator – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our FMCG sales operations. You will act as the main liaison between the company and retailers, supermarkets, distributors and key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and accurate data handling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and follow‑ups with retailers, supermarkets, distributors and key accounts.
• Coordinate product listings, price updates, purchase orders, deliveries, returns and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing and sales data in company systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports covering performance, stock movement, customer activity and promotional results.
• Enter and monitor sales orders, invoices and customer records using ERP software.
• Organise promotional activities, offers, displays, sampling campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Maintain the promotional calendar and track approvals, implementation and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, warehouse, logistics, finance and merchandising teams.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requirements and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support sales management with presentations, reports, meeting preparation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales administration, coordination or key‑account support, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication, follow‑up and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customers and activities simultaneously.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
