Store Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and customer‑focused Store Manager to lead daily store operations, develop the team, and drive strong sales performance while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily store activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Lead, motivate, and support store employees to meet operational and sales targets.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, and guarantee adequate staffing during opening hours.
• Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, and store performance against targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall store performance.
• Manage inventory processes including receiving, storage, replenishment, and transfers.
• Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Ensure products are displayed, priced, labelled, and presented according to company standards.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, refunds, discounts, and daily cash reconciliation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail store management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement improvement plans.
• Detail‑oriented with strong inventory‑control skills.
