About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling inbound and outbound interactions and providing first‑level assistance to homeowners using a booking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls while managing cases simultaneously.
- Assist customers with modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalated complaints.
- Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories.
- Analyze call data, share feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or online travel setting.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
- Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack or other online collaboration tools.
- Salesforce.
- Windows 11 or macOS (14+).
- Basic hardware requirements: stable broadband, 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB storage, 1920×1080 screen, wired USB headset.
