Front Office Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Front Office Manager will lead the daily front desk, concierge, guest relations and guest services functions of a luxury hotel in Manama, ensuring the highest standards of service, revenue optimisation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee check‑in, check‑out, concierge and guest service touchpoints to guarantee smooth execution and brand compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and manage VIP arrivals.
• Train, mentor and develop front office staff to build a high‑performing service team.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise occupancy, drive upselling and control front desk cash and billing.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security to ensure room readiness and seamless guest flow.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of front office management experience in luxury hotels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Fluent business English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management Systems, specifically Opera PMS.
