About the role
Join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative. You will engage homeowners, introduce partnership opportunities, and guide them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental management.
Key responsibilities
- Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
- Conduct lead pre‑qualification calls and assess suitability for the platform.
- Ask qualifying questions regarding properties, licensing, pricing, and availability.
- Manage and update lead information accurately within CRM systems.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑ups.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in calling environments, sales support, lead qualification, or customer service.
- Comfortable handling warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage CRM databases.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
- Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
- Internal dashboards and workflow systems.
