About the role
The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at our luxury Ritz‑Carlton property in Manama. You will create memorable first impressions by delivering the brand’s “Gold Standards” throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
Key responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests entering the lobby.
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Assist with check‑in and check‑out procedures when needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues in collaboration with other departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby environment.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on guest feedback and operational observations.
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, and brand standards at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and quality standards.
