About the role

As a Spa Therapist at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, you will deliver exceptional wellness experiences to guests, providing a wide range of high‑quality spa treatments in an ultra‑luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Offer information about the spa department and hotel facilities in a courteous manner.
• Perform massages, body treatments, and facials while ensuring guest comfort.
• Deliver personalized service by recognizing and responding to individual guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace and ensure equipment meets safety standards.
• Participate in spa‑related promotions, product sales, workshops, and leisure activities.
• Collaborate with receptionists, fitness instructors, and other spa team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Adhere to departmental, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5‑star luxury resort.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Flexible and friendly personality.

Required skills

• Familiarity with spa software operation.
• Experience using Micros.
