Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain as a Kids Club Attendant, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for young guests. You will support the Kids Club operations, ensuring activities run smoothly and meet the high standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the manager to maintain a safe, welcoming space for children.
• Organise and supervise daily, weekly and monthly Kids Club activities according to the schedule.
• Ensure parents complete accurate registration forms, including each child’s history.
• Enforce Kids Club rules, regulations, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of club facilities, timings, promotions and pricing.
• Create and update inventory lists for toys and equipment, reporting any needs for replacement or additional items.
• Keep all equipment clean, well‑maintained, and the club tidy throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within an international luxury brand.
• Fluent in English with strong communication abilities.
• Creative, patient, and comfortable caring for children.
• High multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse guests.
• Outgoing personality, flexible to work varied hours in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
