Account Executive - Direct Sales, IT

About the role

The Direct Sales team in Bahrain builds relationships with end users and turns them into sales, working on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment. As an Account Executive you will build pipeline through prospecting, qualify opportunities and close smaller deals end-to-end, learning advanced sales techniques alongside senior sellers.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily prospecting cadences, qualify leads and book meetings with target accounts
• Own smaller sales cycles end-to-end and support larger pursuits with research and coordination
• Prepare proposals and manage basic pricing and approvals
• Keep CRM records current and forecast weekly
• Help increase the wallet share and account size

Required profile

• 8 to 10 years of field sales experience in outside sales within the IT sector
• Proven track record of meeting activity and pipeline generation goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field (desirable)
• Completion of foundational sales training such as prospecting, discovery and negotiation (desirable)
