Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Accor is looking for a Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in Manama. The role leads the cluster Sales & Marketing team and drives revenue, market share and profitability through corporate, MICE, leisure and wholesale business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue, market share and profitability targets.
• Lead and manage the cluster Sales & Marketing team, driving performance and professional development.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop key accounts and strengthen corporate relationships.
• Drive corporate, MICE, leisure and wholesale business segments.
• Build strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, tour operators and key industry partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and business performance to spot growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Revenue Management and hotel leadership to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Ensure alignment with Accor brand standards, commercial strategy and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel sales and marketing, preferably at senior management or cluster level.
• Strong knowledge of the Bahrain hospitality market and established industry connections.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building commercial strategies.
• Experience in a 4-5-star hotel in the same position.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
