Senior Sales Executive - Commercial Vehicles

About the role

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering excellent customer service. The role centres on selling commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses.

Key responsibilities

• Sell commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses and other relevant categories.
• Develop new business across corporate, fleet, logistics, construction and other customer segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable commercial vehicle solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow up until deals are closed.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and sales negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer demand to spot growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 4-5 years of proven experience in commercial vehicle sales (mandatory).
• Valid GCC driving licence.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Automotive Management or a related field.
• Target-driven, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Good understanding of commercial vehicles and their applications across industries.
