Account Manager – Transfer Agency

About the role

The Apex Group is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for fund investors, managers and internal teams. You will manage fund documentation, investor registries and AML/KYC processes across a portfolio of funds.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to investors, fund managers and internal stakeholders on fund documentation and investor registry matters.
• Process AML/KYC checks in line with MENA regulators, CIMA and Apex policies; knowledge of Bermuda and BVI regulations is a plus.
• Oversee transfer agency functions including investor onboarding, share registry dealings, Metrosoft screening, payments, and FATCA/CRS filings.
• Coordinate with operations and CRM teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Publish accurate NAV prices to Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Morning Star and other pricing vendors.
• Assist with fund audits and PBC requirements related to transfer agency activities.
• Maintain clear communication with investors and ensure compliance with Apex policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and fund structures.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional email etiquette and confident investor communication skills.
