Accountant – Finance & Operations

About the role

Triom Motors, the official QJ Motor distributor in Bahrain, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Accountant to manage day‑to‑day finance functions and provide operational support across its dealership and fleet business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, VAT, payroll and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month‑end closing activities.
• Assist with inventory, procurement and operational documentation.
• Support motorcycle sales, leasing and fleet operations with administrative and financial processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and external auditors as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Bahrain regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational ability to support both finance and operational activities.
• Experience in the automotive, trading or leasing industry is advantageous.
