Accounts Executive – Sales Department

About the role

The Accounts Executive will drive revenue growth for SMSA Express within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, retaining existing customers, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality logistics services.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed agreed revenue targets for the territory.
  • Close deals with prospects and existing customers through presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Promote service features and benefits, addressing objections and obstacles during negotiations.
  • Analyze revenue and shipment results, taking corrective actions to improve revenue quality.
  • Develop and retain existing customers while acquiring new business.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent customer complaint‑handling skills.
  • Transferable work permit for Bahrain and ability to join immediately.
