AI Marketing & Creative Lead

About the role

The AI Marketing & Creative Lead will manage NBB's retail digital assets and drive AI‑powered marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement and digital adoption across the bank’s online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the retail digital marketing strategy, budget allocation and campaign schedules for products, cards and services.
• Create, adapt and optimise AI‑generated content for websites, mobile apps, email, SMS, social media and digital screens.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to launch new products, loyalty programmes and special promotions.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, conduct social listening and produce insight reports to improve performance.
• Manage user experience and UI standards for all digital communication channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3‑4 years of practical experience in a bank or similar marketing function.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑powered content creation tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media management and performance analytics.
