AI Prompt Manager (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time AI Prompt Manager to join the Secretaría Ejecutiva Consejo Agropecuario Centroamericano in Manama. Working hybrid, you will help the organization harness generative AI for agricultural policy analysis, reporting and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and refine prompts for large language models and chat‑based assistants to support policy‑related text generation, data analysis and translation.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate technical requirements into effective prompt frameworks.
• Maintain a centralized prompt library, document best practices and version‑control the repository.
• Monitor AI outputs for accuracy, consistency and bias, and implement iterative improvements.
• Prepare clear usage guidelines and training materials for internal users.
• Support the integration of AI‑assisted workflows while ensuring compliance with data‑privacy and ethics standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and optimise AI prompts for text generation, analysis and translation in policy or technical contexts.
• Experience with generative AI platforms such as large language models or chat‑based assistants and a basic understanding of machine‑learning concepts.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with attention to bias and accuracy.
• Excellent written English; proficiency in Spanish or other regional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage a part‑time schedule and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Manama.
