Arabic Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position focuses on leading Arabic quality assurance for AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated Arabic content meets high standards of accuracy, fluency, cultural relevance, and adherence to detailed rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic content and trainer work against project guidelines.
• Provide precise written feedback in English to improve contributor performance.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Monitor contributor activity and reactivate inconsistent participants.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent command of English for written communication and feedback.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, or related language‑review workflows.
• Deep knowledge of Arabic grammar, spelling, punctuation, diacritics, RTL formatting, tone, register, Modern Standard Arabic and regional variations.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Ability to evaluate content against detailed rubrics and spot issues such as mistranslation, unnatural tone, dialect inconsistency, hallucinated claims, and ambiguous terminology.
