F&B Service Expert (Lounge Attendant)

About the role

We are seeking a Service Expert to manage our club lounge, ensuring guests receive prompt, safe, and high‑quality service. The role involves overseeing the bar area, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall guest experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating availability, service standards, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and related equipment.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware, and supplies; anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Wash dishes and serving utensils as required.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including documentation in the department logbook.
• Requisition supplies and transport them from storeroom to the bar set‑up area.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Forecast additional meal requirements and relay special requests to the kitchen.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance) and work on uneven or slippery surfaces.
