About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales performance. This role steps in to lead the store when the manager is absent and contributes to achieving store targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard customer service and actively pursue sales targets.
• Audit store administration, resolve issues, and implement procedural changes.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set, monitor, and achieve KPIs.
• Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure optimal product availability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store layout in line with brand guidelines.
• Manage staff schedules, address concerns, provide performance feedback, and foster team participation in goal setting.
• Uphold company image through adherence to dress code and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a retail environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales results.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage schedules and resolve conflicts.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy and visual standards.
