Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from quotation to order fulfillment. The role involves regular customer visits, market research and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers for the company’s products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and third parties to secure new business.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, fax and phone, provide quotations and follow‑up on them.
• Visit new and existing customers to understand requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and explain product features.
• Coordinate order processing with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets for the designated product category.
• Conduct market research, provide feedback and handle customer complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive spare parts or related industry.
• Strong sales, business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
