Manager - Brand Operations

About the role

The Brand Operations Manager will drive revenue growth and ensure consistent retail standards across all stores in Bahrain. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and profitability metrics such as units per transaction, average ticket, and sales per square foot.
• Develop, implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Control operational costs through automation and efficient resource utilization.
• Recruit, train and coach store staff on sales techniques, customer service and brand standards.
• Conduct performance appraisals, set KPIs/KRAs and create succession plans.
• Ensure loss‑prevention measures and compliance with audit guidelines.
• Lead regional sales and operations meetings and provide regular feedback to Area and Store Managers.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet or exceed quantitative sales and profitability goals.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi‑store teams.
• Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of retail SOPs, visual merchandising and loss‑prevention practices.
• Effective communication skills for coaching, feedback and cross‑functional collaboration.
